Our Story
Toscano is a family-owned restaurant with roots in Richmond, VT. Originally owned and operated by Jon and Lucie Fath, this current rendition has been launched by their son, Max Fath, who has spent 20 years in restaurant management and service. The team here at Toscano Bistro in Williston, VT is a combination of some familiar faces from the original Toscano, and some new faces we've met along the way. Our hope is that our guests will find comfort in the familiar offerings and excitement in our new atmosphere and location.
